As many of us look to improve our nutrition and health as we approach 2025, I would like to share a simple principle that will make a big impact with you.
Have you ever wondered why so many different people seem to find success with their diets in different ways? You probably know people who are doing well eating paleo, vegetarian, keto, carnivore, Mediterranean, vegan, and on and on!
I believe a there is one commonality that can make most diets successful for you: eating predominantly unprocessed foods!
What does this mean? You might have heard things like “stick to the perimeter of the grocery store for most of your shopping, not the middle aisles”. Perhaps you are familiar with the Whole30 diet concept, which emphasizes unprocessed foods. Unprocessed foods are meat, fish, veggies, fruits, rice, beans and grains – before they have been nutritionally compromised with our modern industrial food system!
So, I recommend if you are looking to make some nutriton changes in 2025 – keep it simple! How can you increase your unprocessed foods and decrease your processed foods?
For those looking for info on our annual purification kit and green juice for sale, we have three options this year:
The purification programs are designed to give your digestive system nutrients and rest to heal and improve function. You will eat healthy meals throughout program (it’s not a fast).
The total cost for the SP 21-day program is $264 + tax. Unflavored, chocolate and vanilla flavors are available. The 10-day program is $91.50 + tax and comes in chai or unflavored options.
- Organifi Green Juice
- It has a minty taste and you simply mix one packet with water and shake it up in a bottle to drink. This is not a meal replacement, rather it is an easy way to get wheatgrass, spirulina, chlorella, horseradish, Ashwagandha, beets, and turmeric to start your day with healthy superfoods. One package has a 30 day supply ($58).
