Video: Focus for 2023?
As we make our way to 2023, have you considered any changes you wish to make? In this video, the idea is to leverage one the of biggest determinants for your health first, before getting into the details!
We often focus on nutrition and supplements this time of year. While this is great, I want to bring particular focus to movement and exercise this year.
Why? The gains and advantages in our health and disease prevention can be exponentially improved with exercise.
Think of the nutrition and supplements as fine tuning. There is no sense in ‘leaving on the table’ the free and profound exercise benefits to chase less profound results with dietary and supplement changes.

Check out the video and content below, from my wife Dina Haggenjos on her upcoming program about healing postpartum in today’s modern world – and why it’s so needed.

Book: One Moment Meditation

This short and simple book would be awesome for any of you looking to begin meditation, or to add to your meditation practice with a new strategy, I’ve been most impressed with this little book. It has an efficient way of helping to bring more presence and awareness into our lives.
From the cover:
“Think of all the moments you “lose”: stuck in traffic, standing in line, waiting for a download. And think of all the moments you “waste”: working when you’re not focused, or fiddling with your phone. What if each of these moments offered you an extraordinary opportunity? In One-Moment Meditation, Martin Boroson distills the philosophy of time into a simple form of meditation that you can do anywhere, anytime. It begins with an exercise that takes just one minute per day. With practice, this takes less and less time, until it takes no time at all. Then each and every moment gives you a chance to reduce stress, refresh your mind, and open yourself to new possibilities. Playful, profound, and above all, practical, One-Moment Meditation teaches you that inner peace is not a distant goal reserved for saints and sages, and it doesn’t take a lot of time: it only takes a moment.”
